Ixesha – Time Tracking & Project Management

Ixesha is a time and expenditure tracking system with powerful reporting, invoicing and project management features. It was developed in 2016 as a bespoke system for PDG, soon after which a simplified version was made freely available for freelancers and small businesses. The full-featured version is more suitable to larger teams, and can be customised to fit a particular organisation’s requirements. For example, in 2017/18, it was implemented in GTAC (the Government Technical Advisory Centre), a part of National Treasury. The smaller, free version is available at
